The suggested cleaning maintenance would start with an Initial Cleaning. These cleanings get your space down to square one. After this the Regular Cleaning Protocol will be followed.
Initial Cleaning Protocol
An initial cleaning includes:
-removal of cobwebs
-wet wiping or dusting of all freestanding objects within the house
-wet wiping of the inside of doors and window cases
-wet wiping of baseboards, electrical plates, and light switch covers
-cleaning of counter tops
-vacuuming all floors including under beds and all corners
-removal of soap residue from tubs/showers and sinks
-complete toilet cleaning
-mopping of all floors
* Traditional mops are not used. We use a mop with washable pads coupled with the
non-rinse floor cleaner.
*Delsey’s Cleaning Service will not clean objects that it deems dangerous or unable to clean without maintaining the integrity of the object. This will be agreed upon and/or presented to the customer in a timely fashion.
Regular Cleaning Protocol
A regular cleaning includes (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly):
-removal of cobwebs
-dry dusting of all freestanding objects within the house
-dry dusting baseboards and electrical plates
-cleaning of counter tops
-vacuuming all floors
-dry dusting light fixtures
-removal of soap residue from tubs/showers and sinks
-complete toilet cleaning
-mopping of all floors
*Delsey’s Cleaning Service will not clean objects that it deems dangerous or unable to clean without maintaining the integrity of the object. This will be agreed upon and/or presented to the customer in a timely fashion.
Extra Cleaning Costs
Windows: $8.00 per window
Refrigerator Inside: $20.00
Oven Inside: $15.00
*Delsey’s Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse the removal of excessive mold, mildew and any inorganic chemical debris, unless prior authorization is agreed upon.
